Dr. Anup Animesh Panda is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon with a strong academic foundation and over 7 years of clinical expertise. He completed his MBBS from SCB Medical College and Hospital, Cuttack, and earned his DNB in Orthopaedics from Apollo Hospital, Hyderabad.

Driven by a pursuit of excellence, Dr. Panda completed prestigious fellowships in Foot & Ankle and Diabetic Foot Surgery under Dr. Rajiv Shah in Gujarat—making him one of the few in Odisha to hold this qualification—and in Joint Replacement and Robotic Knee Arthroplasty at Manipal Hospital. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor at KIMS Hospital, Bhubaneswar.

Known for his patient-centric approach, surgical precision, and commitment to continuous learning, Dr. Panda delivers evidence-based, compassionate care tailored to each patient’s lifestyle and needs. Dr. Panda’s clinical expertise includes correcting complex foot and ankle deformities such as flat feet and pediatric conditions, managing challenging knee, foot, and ankle fractures, and comprehensive diabetic foot care focused on ulcer prevention and limb salvage. He specializes in total and robotic-assisted knee and hip replacements, sports injury management—including ligament tears, heel pain, and Achilles tendon issues—and minimally invasive surgeries that ensure quicker recovery and improved outcomes.

Currently based in Bhubaneswar, he is fluent in Odia, Hindi, English, and Gujarati, ensuring effective communication across diverse patient groups. He is a registered orthopaedic surgeon with the Odisha Medical Council and an active member of the Indian Foot and Ankle Society and Indian Orthopaedic Association.
